Holiday Inn New Orleans-Downtown Superdome, an IHG Hotel

I loved the balcony view of the downtown area, the parking garage has elevators that take you directly to the floor you're staying on in the hotel, there are ice and drink machines clearly labeled on all floors and the pool area is nice

Very central location. Bus and street car stops are very close. Facilities are kept very clean. Breakfast was good. The pool and pool area were very relaxing and well kept. Staff in the restaurant and the ancillary staff were very kind and helpful.

The room, although not what we booked, was fine. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The pool area was being worked on but I did see other guests utilizing it. Wish we had time to try it. The views were very nice. We also loved the oversized green chair on the 9tg floor and used it for pictures.

The view was BEAUTIFUL!! House keeping was very punctual and did a great job of cleaning my room. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a microwave and mini fridge which was great! The balcony was also a great plus. the location was great 5 mins from canal street an about 10 mins from French mans quarter and bourbon street. You could walk to a lot of the locations or get a uber for no more than 10-$15. The public streetcar also came right outside the hotel and was very cheap to ride and get to your desired destinations. The staff was great the bar was great and the pool was heated with a great view!

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Sarah Stuckey Charlene Eboni Darrell Leon server Steven Amy Max AND EVERYONE ELSE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!! The restaurant had delicious food and good prices and portions!! STEVEN EVEN SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! BEAUTIFUL VOICE! LEON in the restaurant was A SWEETHEART AND EBONI ALSO! SARAH STUCKEY WAS VERY NICE AND WELCOMING! Charlene at the front desk is a SWEETHEART!! Pool area was clean and well kept!
